Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. “Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better……

“In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. There are 12 villas, we were upgraded to a 3 floors one which was insanely large,……
