At the heart of Biarritz and 2 min away from the beach, this large and modern studio is perfect to accommodate 4 people. Equipped with all amenities, you won’t miss anything to enjoy the city and the oceanic breeze !

This accommodation with an contemporary and elegant decoration, located on the 6th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 45 sq. m and includes :
- a large and charming living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a separate night corner with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a nice east-exposed balcony,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, hot plates, dishwasher, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, babycot, high chair, baby tub,
- TV.

Note : there are refacing works on the building at the moment until june 30th.
The city centre is not accessible by car from 1pm onwards, so it will not be possible to drop off luggage.

Charming flat ideally located in the center, close to the beaches ! You will be able to discover the city without taking the transports : the beach and the Casino are 2 min away, the Halles 3 min away, the Aquarium 8 min away. You will be in the middle of the city-center, and could enjoy all the shops and restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport !
