「My guy & I decided that this was the perfect stay for us: I wanted a B&B but he doesn't like 'staying in a bedroom in someone's house'. We had our own large cottage that has a wonderful, quirky vibe & breakfast that you pick up on a large tray & bring back to your cottage! It is located on bend in the Missouri River & the view is breathtaking. It was the perfect location, too, halfway between the river town of Washington & Hermann in wine country, both fun places to visit.」

「Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely.」

「The room was clean. The owners of the property were great…very informative about the area and answered all our questions. The location of the Inn was very good, within walking distance of most of the great shops and restaurants! The Taxi service we used was also amazing! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and every driver was very nice and friendly! Our stay was great! The area is beautiful!」

「The property is nice and staff is great but in my opinion the property is way overpriced for what you receive and everything is an extra charge. I just expect more than a few sodas and other basic items included for $350 a night cabin. It was in wine country and they did not even give you a bottle of local wine!」

「It was a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better was a designated parking spot. We had a difficult time with parking and expected that to be part of the stay. We were told we could park behind the property but the Hermann Manor already had trucks parked there.」
