The house is very beautiful and really new!! The environment is not ready yet which means that the was to come there are not ready and pretty muddy. Also the sauna was not available yet.

Fewo direkt Katastrophal!

Wir haben ein großes Interesse an der Anmietung dieser Wohnung, da die fotografische Darstellung unser Interesse geweckt hat. Allerdings stellt sich die Buchung über Fewo-direkt in der gegenwärtigen Zeit als äußerst problematisch dar. Nach der Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung begann der Prozess der Zahlung, der sich jedoch als äußerst kompliziert und frustrierend herausstellte. Nach fünf Tagen intensiven Austauschs über den Chat mit Fewo sowie dem Betreiber der Wohnung sah ich mich gezwungen, aufzugeben, da ich lediglich an einer reibungslosen Zahlungsabwicklung interessiert war, was letztendlich als unmöglich erschien.Aus diesem Grund ziehe ich in Betracht, in Zukunft von einer Buchung über Fewo abzusehen.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im Urlaub schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem äußeren des Hauses begeistert.das wurde noch mal getoppt als wir die Wohnung von innen gesehen haben, die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen . Wir verprachten dort einer sehr schöne Woche und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Bedenken: 1AW1JXYG Wir nahmen einige Tage vor unserer Abreise Kontakt mit Belvilla auf, da wir am 8. Juli (erneut) eine Buchungsbestätigung per Post erhielten. Wir hatten kurz ein Gespräch mit einem Herrn. Gulden???? - Belvilla (unter der Nummer 800). Er versicherte uns, dass alles in Ordnung sei und wir unseren Urlaub in Bichbach - Österreich verbringen könnten. Er hat uns wirklich mehrmals versichert (sogar die Buchungsinformationen/Bestätigung noch einmal geschickt)..... ABER in Bichlbach ist eine Baustelle, wie wir bereits vom Eigentümer erfahren haben. Die Chalets waren noch nicht fertig. DIE CHALETS WAREN IM BAU....obwohl wir Herrn Florin ausdrücklich gefragt haben, ob die Chalets fertig seien! Er sagt uns immer wieder, dass wir nach Bichlbach müssen!!!!!! Wir sind nach Bichbach gefahren und haben die Chalets mit eigenen Augen gesehen. Wir fuhren mit dem Auto mit 3 kleinen Kindern und einer schwangeren Frau (10 Stunden Fahrt!!!!) Obwohl wir über Belvilla gebucht hatten, war Luckely eine Firma von Common VIsual (Besitzer der Chalets???) hatte ein anderes Chalet in einem anderen Dorf für uns. Und wir können bestätigen, dass der Service dieses Unternehmens AUSGEZEICHNET war. Hiermit möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass unsere Erfahrung mit Belvilla wirklich schlecht, verwirrend und stressig ist. Mit freundlichen Grüßen – Familie De Backker
