“Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go……

“Most things were fine, except the poor drainage in the shower room. The location of the hotel was safe but the walking distance was lack of places for shopping or dining.”

“酒店地點優越 除了本身的餐廳 旁邊還有其他餐廳可以選擇 大約60公尺的距離也有一家購物中心 好像四樓是美食街 飯店服務人員都很貼心 早餐會幫忙詢問喜歡的料理並準備 當然選擇性很多”

“I enjoyed 3 nights stay from the trip, warming welcome and excellent environment. Will definitely return again once traveling to Bangalore!”

“Restaurant table was NOT cleaned up and I asked to clean, the waiter did not make the table clean enough for next customer.”

“This is a great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Since I arrived hotel mid-night, they helped me to do check-in rapidly and allowed me to have late check out next day at 5:00 pm. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The only drawback is the traffic congestion near the hotel. ”
