"This place was one of the best places we ever stayed at. So quiet and the wildlife was amazing. Birds of all kinds, deer, turkey, bullfrogs and turtles also. The lake was fun and the hiking trails were just enough for a bit of exercise. We stayed for 3 nights and never left the property. Hated to leave. Roger and Mary joined us around the campfire as my friend played acoustic guitar. Great owners!! Only suggestion we had was maybe some hooks on the wall in the main bedroom to hang some clothes."

"This house was perfect and cozy for our family trip to the Hocking Hills. We were able to be comfortable like we were home. We enjoyed the sights of the Hocking Hills and able to return to the house to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing evening by the campfire. Lena was a wonderful host. She had everything there and easy to find! We did not have to bother her at all!"

"My family and I absolutely loved this VRBO. If I was younger (I’m now retired) and needed an apartment, this is EXACTLY what I would be looking for. The bedroom with the pink accents was my favorite. Very clean, nice neighborhood, felt safe. Would definitely love to stay here again if I’m in the area. One thing….i am short, 5’ tall, perhaps a small stepping stool to get onto the beds would be a nice touch."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend."

"This tiny home is fresh and tidy. The deck was nice to sit on at night. The fan in the bedroom was nice at night. We did lose power for a couple hours during our second night. But we were able to open the window in the bedroom to some cool air. My only suggestion would be to think about getting a full length mirror. Host was very responsive. A great stay overall."

"We waited a little late to make our reservation for the festival in Ashland KY and had an hour drive both ways. Turned out to be very fortuitous! We loved the property! Wonderful accommodations! Nice three room upstairs apartment in an old historic house by the river. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of fun history in the small town of Point Pleasant. Don’t miss The Mothman statue and museum!"
