Pets:
This property is strictly pet-free. No pets are allowed.
Trash Guidelines:
• Black Cart: Household trash, food waste, food containers, bagged animal waste, lightweight plastics, Styrofoam, and clothing.
• Blue Cart: Flattened cardboard, paper products, newspapers, magazines, aluminum, tin, lightweight metals, glass bottles, jars, and cartons.
• Not Accepted Curbside: Electronics, batteries, dirt, rocks, construction debris, and hazardous waste.
Fireplace:
Complimentary firewood is provided per stay (from October to April). Ensure the chain-link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace, and the flue is turned to the right at all times.
Kitchen Cleanup:
Please clean the kitchen after meals. This includes washing and putting away dishes used during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.
BBQ Grill:
Clean the grill and turn off the propane tank valve after use. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or propane refill charges of $100.
Thermostat:
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay. Before checkout, please reset it to 65°F.
Spa:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup buildup.
• Set the spa temperature to 95°F after use.
• A $175 fee will be charged if the water quality is deemed unsanitary and requires a dump and refill.
• Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly after use.
Snow Removal:
• Shovel and salt are provided for guest use.
• Plow services will arrive during or after 3 inches of snowfall.
