Things to be improved

Everything is good except the property manager is no where to be reached. I called several times but no option to leave a message. I texted but no response till the time we left. Our children ended up sleeping in the living room because there were cobwebs/spider webs in the 2nd room upstairs. my son was afraid that there might be spiders and not safe for our granddaughter who is 2 years old. driving the trash to the local trash site which is almost 5 miles away and wait in line to dispose it is inconvenient. It delayed our trip back home. The house rule said when we booked that trash has to be taken out to the blue and black bin at the front yard only until we got the advise to take it here. The kitchen drawers needs to be organized and cleaned. Other than that, the place is very peaceful and we felt safe. Thank you very much.
