"This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs."

"Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer."

"House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. "There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."

"We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great stay. The place was roomy. It had a nice big table where we played games. Location was walking distance to Bear Mountain which was great. It had an amazing view from the back of the golf course which was covered with snow. A couple issues is there were four lock boxes and we had to figure out which one held the key which get it and one of the two parking spots was a small narrow garage, which either of our vehicles fit in. "Loved the condo, clean, good location and community pool. Wonderful view of lake and mountains. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren under the age of 8. We were only able to get one TV to work in the living room. The technician responded within 2 hours to attempt to fix. All good, we were just hoping as grandparents to have some "downtime" with kids watching TV in the bedrooms. Would absoutley say here again"

"Real comfy place to stay. Full kitchens with all the utensils and cups and pans, so you can bring your own food and cook. Log burning fireplace for a real fire in the cabins. Grounds needed to be cleaned up, but I guess the resort just reopened to the public after housing ski resort employees. Those employees need to clean better, the gal the runs the place was completely overwhelmed and I felt sorry for her. "
