The downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/queen bunk beds and twin/double bunk beds. The upstairs fifth bedroom has a king bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 16 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
