Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this cozy home has everything you need.

Just pack your toothbrush and a change of clothes—this townhome is fully stocked with kitchenware, linens, and all the comforts of home. The open floor plan makes it easy to relax, entertain, and spend quality time together. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen or explore Big Bear’s many dining options just minutes away.

In winter, walk to Chair Lift #4 in just minutes—no need to drive or worry about parking. The host was very nice, great location to walk directly onto the Summit slopes (but still one of the farthest in the complex). Clean, Lots of beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms but the place was very small in general and furniture was dated. Overall ok if you plan on skiing/snowboarding then coming back to sleep.

Could use some updates

Unit was clean, but outdated. For the price, I was expecting a newer kitchen, and linens appeared like they've been used since the beginning. I guess I was paying the prime location, not the prime condition.

It was good.

The townhome was good but the AC never cooled the second floor and the water hearted wasn’t working. But we called the manager of the complex and was taken care off.
