Holiday weekend stay

The house was clean and just as described. The proximity to the village was perfect for our family. Just a short walk and we were at the retaurants and shops. We were even able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck!

Perfect Location

I am giving this property an overall 5 star review.The cleanliness was okay, it was cleaned, the only issue was above the refrigerator. It’s a dust collect and it was not touched.The check-in process was easy and the host were very communicative in addressing any and all issues right away. The online accuracy of the listing was spot on. Especially with the location, it was less than a 5 min walk to the Village and an easy 5 min drive to the slopes. The neighborhood was quiet and you can tell there were a lot of VRBO or Air B&B’s in the area, or at least it seemed that way. It’s a perfect destination for a vacation.It was easy for us to find activities for them. It was a great weekend overall and we are thankful to our host Suzannah and Luke.

Great Family Stay

Everything that was advertised was spot on. The location was great and the house is nice! This is a perfect place to stay for families and to be close to the slopes and the Village. There are not shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), but that's ok we travel with our own stuff. Other than that they had all the amenities needed. Suzannah was a great host, thank you!

Fantastic location and amenities

We had a great stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Big Bear. Lots of space in the house and a full kitchen allowed for an enjoyable experience. This property was perfectly located close to Snow Summit and the main road and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Big Bear Family Trip

It was ok. I found hair in the bathrooms. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. You can tell the place gets cleaned enough to where people may stay and not notice. It was a mess with the TVs. I was stressed out because I couldn’t get the TV going and I had 3 kids with me. I wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry

Snowy Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Due to an incoming storm, we weren’t sure we would make it up the mountain for our reservation. The property owner was helpful and accommodating and provided us with weather and traffic links used by locals, which proved to be extremely helpful. We were able to safely make it up the mountain and did not have to cut our trip short. The cabin felt like a home and was very cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again on our next trip!

The property looked well kept and updated. There were a lot of family games in the house. The kitchen was equipped with enough cookware and dinnerware to prepare and have a family meal. Some of the windows did not have window covers. The one's with covers needed to be replaced.

A most spectacular house

We loved the house, very roomy, comfortable clean, very well maintained. We didn’t cook In the house but everything you would have needed was there. Bedrooms are large, living space excellent, kitchen, bathrooms clean and large. When we arrived it felt like home there was nothing lacking at this property. I hate to leave such a good review because we want this place to be a secret just for us!!!! Highly recommend, great communication with owner.

Winter vacation rental

Clean property. Convenient location for winter vacation. Short walk to village which is nice. Short drive to Snow Summit. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy place, great for a relaxing weekend!

Location close enough to a bus stop to get around the town without needing to drive, but secluded enough to be away from traffic. Nights were very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. Floorplan was a little confusing and difficult to get used to but not a strike against the place! Nice view out of the kitchen and living room. Overall a great experience!

THIS was by far - the BEST home we have stayed at in Big Bear.!! My family and I loved this place.

Best experience from start to finish. We got to see the Labor Day fireworks show on the Lake from the balcony.!! We also even received a call when we were having trouble (following instructions) opening the front door. Now that is high level service. This property is the best ever.!

Perfectly located home!

Our family had a nice stay celebrating Fathers Day. Great location and beautiful views with peak of lake from generous decks including barbecue and seating. Living space was bright and airy. Excellent communication with owner.

Great Location

We stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect for 2 couples. We slept on the first floor, and friends on the 2nd. Had our own bathrooms. Very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the Village. Great communication with the owner. Driveway had plenty of room for our 2 cars.

Great communication with owners and location for restaurants.

Communication with property owners went extremely well. They promptly hired a plumber to fix a leak. Location was great, within walking distance to restaurants.

Great house and location

House is very nice, comfortable and conveniently located. Just a few minutes walk to the village and hiking trails. More than enough space for just three of us (spouse and friend). Check-in process was also very easy. We would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

Beautiful cabin in a great location!

My family stayed for a couple nights here and enjoyed every minute. It’s a short walk from the Village and is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicative. We had a wonderful time and will hopefully be back!
