Great house in a great location! Perfect for my family with young children. Close to tubing, skiing, food, restaurants, hiking. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house tucked away on a private call Desac.
We really really enjoyed our nights two night stay at the Balboa house. Everything was spotless and complete with full on amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom areas. Loved the shuffleboard upstairs and welcoming spa. We’ll definitely be coming back up there. The management was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Mandi at the check in off was a doll. Only thing I could say is they need new cook wear the pots and pans were bad condition to cook in. Other than that everything was great. Definitely coming back.
