"Room was not what we reserved after a snafu on the date. Room type and date were changed after reservation was made. The hotel did accommodate us after changing the date and charging us $174.99 more. Our double bed room that was supposed to be queen room cost us $333.87! Haven’t heard from hotel.com ..."

"Wonderful property managers and staff, friendly and helpful. A beautiful property and nice, well stocked cabins. They even provided bedding. My only disappointment was that we had the only cabin that was not directly on the river."
