Our room was very run down. The outside door did not shut properly. It shut enough to lock but banged in the wind all night and any kind of small creature could fit through the cracks. The shower smelled like chlorine and the shampoo and conditioner container didn’t work. For the price I paid I was greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again and I have stayed at other Quality Inn and Suites before and I had no issues.

Room 260 is huge!! a king bed...a mini fridge with a separate freezer...a nice sofa (? hide a bed?) quiet location in the back of the main building ,.... will stay again if need arises... However, I was looking forward to a nice hot bath after traveling all day...but the bathtub does not hold water...seems like the plug is designed to stay in the open position all the time...the shower is excellent...lots of pressure and the towels are soft. I did not like the fact that the door from the parking lot to the building is accessible to anyone who wants to come in the building as the lock was taped with orange construction tape to make the door so you didn't have to use your key card... the other issue is there are no USB ports for charging your devices... most hotels we stay at have ports in the outlets or the lamps or bedside clock... The staff is very nice!! and check out is at 11 am which is great!

The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful. the person who checked me out not so much. The room was swept and clean. The beds were made. the sheets were clean, but I don't know they had been changed. The covers had an odor to them from the middle down to the foot or at least the top cover did. Again, not sure they were changed so I sprayed Lysol on the beds. The shampoo & conditioner and lotion were like I had never seen, very stylish but empty. All towels & washcloths and hand towels were clean and a plenty. We had a long trip, and still had more travel so I didn't bother to call the front desk.

The pool not open until summer in MI. The dryer took over $8.00 in quarters to dry one load and it still didnt dry my clothes. I should be reimbursed my $8.00. Now I have to leave the hotel and uae a laundromat to rewash and dry my clothes.

My boyfriend and I booked the room 368 on the third floor. We stayed 2 nights and both nights I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they use for the bedding. My legs broke out bad and they itched as if there were bed bug bites. Thank god they weren’t. We took cute selfies together in the mirror in our room. Later we looked back at the pics and discovered what looked like demonic faces in the background of the mirror. This hotel is definitely haunted and has extreme negative energy. Ontop of that when we were packing up to check out my boyfriend left to go put our stuff in the car and when he was gone I decided to go to the bathroom before our drive home. While I was in the bathroom two housekeepers barge into the room while I’m on the toilet. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I recommend you never stay here.
