The pool was closed. That's one thing that hurt the ratings. The breakfast was water eggs and multiple things tasted weird. The room was clean and the hot tub was incredible. Staff was ok. I appreciated the extra towels.

It was a great stay. The only complaint is not having an elevator but we knew that prior to making the reservation. That staff were very kind and the lobby/breakfast area was clean.

the toilet handle broke off, that was a nuisance. just went to the front desk and someone came back and got it back on. had to be careful the rest of the trip. Not a huge problem. friendly staff. Had hot coffee and hot water on demand in a machine (along with other quick grab food), next to the check in desk. outdoor pool wasn't terrible. kids got in without complaints. convenient location that's not too in the middle of everything.

It was a little iffy pulling into the hotel. There is a motel section and a hotel section. The outside is a bit rough. The parking lot could use some attention but overall it was a pleasant stay. Checking in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a 6/10. I’d stay again. I needed a permit to kayak printed and the front desk was helpful in accommodating
