“While this hotel is in a convenient location right off the highway near plenty of shopping and dining, the stay was overshadowed by a major lack of transparency. I specifically book hotels that include breakfast to manage my travel budget, and their website clearly advertised this as an included amenity. Upon arrival, I was told the "breakfast" consisted only of hot coffee. When I brought the website’s advertisement to the front desk’s attention, the staff member was completely unsympathetic and……

“There was no breakfast o my cereals and coffee and some fruits; but no eggs or pancakes. ”

“Room was so dirty. Pull out couch had some kind of stain down the front, looked like maybe vomit? The baseboards were peeling from the walls with the walls disintegrating behind them. Of all the nicer places we stayed on our way to Florida, this was the most expensive and the worst condition. Do not recommend! ”

“I didn't get to the breakfast, but they have coffee all night going in the lobby. The spa was great and there is a lift for theraputic spa time for disabled. Was near the ice machine, but those rooms were so quiet. I never heard other guests. ”

“The Regal Inn is exactly what we needed….VERY reasonable price, comfy beds, clean room. The room and bathroom are large and have everything the big name chains offer. We would happily stay again.”

“Best 🚿 shower ever experience in a hotel. Top soap shelf in shower had what I thought was a used bandaid but turned out to be a breath right strip. Next morning I ran into the young lady that was cleaning the rooms and it was obvious there's know way she could have seen the breath strip being all of 5ft tall😅. So really it was a great stay. Changing variety of hot breakfast items would be nice cheese omelet and sausage every morning is only complaint ”

“Beds were comfortable, air was great, lighting and cameras on vehicles great! Bathroom floor was not very clean and it appears that people may live there full time in some of the rooms.”
