“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Clean, well located. Corner rooms have wrap around terrace. Deluxe room has no true closet and bathrooms are not true rooms - more like glass booths. Overall good but minimal. The sole lift was incredibly slow, even the door! Mostly used the stairs. Good coffe bar and common area.”
