Hôtel is very well situated. However there is a bit of construction around (July 2025). But hotel is clean, breakfast is nice and staff super nice ! Parking is very practical since it is outside of the low emission zone.

Great staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Paid underground hotel parking, and good location. Carrying luggage from ground floor to an elevator is an issue as the elevator is on half a floor below the ground floor, so you have to carry luggage down a few steps, which is inconvenient. Great hotel, staff and location overall.

Fine hotel in Bilbao. Rooms are very small. Had trouble putting both of our suitcases in places where they were not in the way at night. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. There are hotels with better locations but we enjoyed our stay there

This is my second stay at this hotel, and is very much worth it. The location is very convenient to explore the city, the area is nice and close to the main highways and the city center. Staff are amazing, in particular our friend Felix. They give you the best tips and advise on where to visit and eat. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely return!

A warm welcome, extraordinary friendly staff who were waiting to solve any problem or help with any question. Very good choice at the breakfast - a bit noisy - but that’s ok. Very easy access to the city and public transport services. Walking to the museum - easy and simple. Very good choice to stay for a longer weekend.

It’s not the NH standard as you may expect. Kindness of the staff Location Breakfast - The room was terribly warm / hot. The AC was not working. When mentioned at Front Desk, they said something was broken in the hotel. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Lots stains and hair from previous guests. The staff was friendly though!
