Great location - the ONLY positive thing about the property. Staff not interested in customer service. Hotel website did not inform us the Rooftop terrace would be closed during our visit, we would have booked elsewhere if we had had prior knowledge of this critical fact.

Glass bathroom was interesting. Hotel is lovely but in three nights we never slept well. Pillows and bed part of that but also regular noise outside. Room was on first floor and could hear people outside and service vehicles in night.

Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing! Although the glass bathrooms are a bit strange. We were disappointed the rooftop bar was closed until further notice. This is not made clear on any platform when booking and it was part of the reason we chose this property.

I did not get the room I paid for. it was smaller. bathroom was so bad we didn't want to take a shower. soap/shampoo was impossible to get out the horrible bottle. i have to go out and buy a soap. floor wasn't that clean. breakfast was only ok, below average. all hotels were booked through Orbitz. all of them gave me an invoice at the check out. this hotel refused to gave me an invoice. will never return to this hotel. it is only 2 to21/2 hotel.

Great location, clean, average buffet breakfast, no parking on site but they have an agreement with someone nearby. The bad things are the bathroom without privacy, the soap that is an all in one, the firm bed that gave me backache, and the coffee that could be better.

Glass Walls On a Bathroom??
A busy city centre hotel. The room design and decor, particularly the glass-pod bathroom put me off ever returning. The use of opaque sheeting did little to dispel my discomfort. Who could think visitors would like this? Less money spent on constantly changing coloured lighting, large murals of zebras and more on a proper bathroom would meet with greater approval.

Excellent location for both old and new town. Tram and metro stations close by. Really helpful staff gave us a brilliant tip where to spend a few hours out of the city on our last day which was lovely. Spoke most days to reception staff and nothing too much trouble. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Great location. Convenience of having a restaurant and bar. Had a “big hotel” feel, so somewhat impersonal as far as service. Bathrooms weren’t private—a glass cube in the center of the room. Room had an “IKEA” vibe—very plain. It worked fine for me, but wasn’t anything cheery or memorable. Functional enough if you can handle the glass bathroom.

Great location, in Casca Vieja. Lovely square with plenty of restaurants near by. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal, felt out of place in such a historic area. Felt like it is trying to hard, we were the youngest guests I saw (in our early 40s) but the vibe was trying to be younger. I would say other guests were quite a bit older. Room was very very small and not well designed for comfort or convenience. With so many other hotels near by I would stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed being in the old part of the city, discovering it’s history and traditions and the great public transport to get to other distant areas. The cousine and hospitality it’s outstanding.

The location of the property was perfect. Near plaza nueva, walking distance to other major sites like the museum and market. Staff spoke English well. Parking, although not onsite, was at a nearby public garage with many spaces and the hotel had a discount on the price. I didn’t like that I could not get a coffee to go from the bar downstairs in the morning, because it was not yet open. The room was clean but the bathroom was glass, so it feels not very private from the rest of the room. Additionally, if bathroom lights are on, it lights up the rest of the room, so hard to have one person sleeping while one showers, for example.

Very central hotel and within walking distance of old and new town. Hotel was spotless. Room was basic but perfect for our one night stay. Reception staff very friendly and pleasant, bar staff not so much! Don't think they like their jobs! Would recommend given location.
