"In short: If you can handle dirty, you will maybe be okay. If you can't, you probably will check out after 5 minutes and find something else. Clean: The toilet and the floor (mostly). "Really amazing breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Good mattresses, quiet, and convenient parking on the garage. The Hotel is huge but is a bit skuffed up on the floors. The carpets in halls and rooms need an overhaul or a good cleaning. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was quiet, pristine and beautiful, very well taken care of! We stayed with 4 adults and had a lot of space and everything we needed in the apartment, in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. An excellent location for visiting our family in the area, quick drive to restaurants and stores in the next town, and to quick to get to Hamburg. Uwe was an amazing host and we highly recommend his place!"

"Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"

"The apartment was very comfortable, clean, modern and just as advertised. The hosts were very accommodating, responsive and somehow managed to meet all of our needs 100% remotely. The real treasure of this apartment is its proximity to nature and outdoor activities - paddling on the Elbe, cycling, or playing/picnicking in the nearby park with vast lawns, a lake, Elbe access and walking trails. Services are conveniently nearby as well as an S-bahn station if you don't want to drive to the city center. I used to live in Hamburg but this was my first time in this part of the city. It's definitely my new favorite if you want to be close to the city but have the peace and quiet of nature."
