Schönes Geschirr und gscheide Weingläser, super!Alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, wir kommen wieder.Kleine Anmerkung: eine zweite Garnitur Handtücher für jeden Gast wäre toll, man duscht doch öfter, da viele Wanderungen unternommen werden oder man vom Tanzen beim Winzerfest durchschwitzt ist:)Ansonsten alles toll!!! "We enjoyed a few days here during a heat wave. The air con room was amazing! We stayed in a Junior suite with 2 adults and two kids under 12. We did not visit the spa or the bar but the breakfast offerings and staff were incredible. We will definitely be back!"

"Just a perfect stay for our time in Mainz. Not only was the hotel and staff perfect, the location was just a short walk to the train station. We were able to easily make it to Frankfurt, Weisbaden, Heidelberg, and even Cologne for a day. The city of Mainz is awesome. Plenty of food, wine, shopping, and fun. Perfect!!!!"

"As a worldwide traveler and reviewer, I am very impressed! We arrived at 08.00. The Hotel had previously communicated a 15.00 check in but, that they would do their best to allocate a room earlier if possible. As it turned out, this was not possible on arrival however, they safely stored our baggage until we returned at 13.30 by which hour, they had readied a room for us to occupy. We paid a small additional fee for a balcony which, afforded us a good air flow as, the rooms are NOT air conditioned however, do have an oscillating tower fan. The room was spotless. Well furnished and with smart TV, Bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower (Water temperature excellent) as well as a mini safe, kettle with tea bags and coffee and finally, a welcome bottle of water. By the way, the hotel does provide drinks for the mini bar to be provided upon request. We cannot vouch for the breakfast as we did not book this to be provided. However, there is a nearby Bakery to have breakfast just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel does offer use of their Sauna for an additional €5 per person too. The lady receptionist was absolutely terrific as was he colleague later in the day. Friendly, attentive and informative too. YES! I do recommend this hotel to others."

"The property is about 40 minutes from the railway station-not 20 minutes, as the hotel suggests. A decent breakfast was on offer, though a couple of changes each day would have been appreciated. Having the same breakfast every day can be a bit boring, in spite of the quality of the fare. The cleaning of the room was a problem: even when asked to clean the room, it was twice not done. When it was done, paper goods were not replaced on two occasions.. How difficult is it for cleaning staff to see that items need replenishing? The room could have benefited from having tea/coffee, etc. Staff were generally helpful. The hotel had a bright and cheerful appearance. £5 a day City Tax is a bit steep, but the hotel has no control over that."
