“Pros: The location of the house was truly excellent, just 5 minutes from the cove of Binibeca and 20 minutes from Mahon. Even the farthest point on the island was reachable within an hour at most. “So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. “Pros: Outside was good, pool was a good size, location could not be bettered. Cons: Hot water system packed up twice, for several days, villa was tired bad weather brought down masses of debris from veranda roof had to clean every day before outside furniture could be used. Just a little disappointed”
