Einsam und nett, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Inneneinrichtung ist eher alt und die Schränke riechen muffig. Pool ist schön, liegt ca 2km außerhalb Binisalem. Matrazen sind alt; insgesamt eher überteuert

Nice and quiet retreat

This house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of the island, the spacious terrace invites you to linger. Kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. All stores for daily needs are accessible in the nearby village. Excursions to Palma, beaches or the mountains are reachable in a short time due to the central location. Check-in and check-out have been flexible in time and worked smoothly. The communication with the landlords was also flawless. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay. The house is perfect for a family as there is a playground and a secure swimming pool. The area is safe and really quiet, perfect to relax The location is quite central, maximum 1hour drive to the furthest places so we could do everything we wanted and be back in the evening. The house equipments are perfect to have a long stay. 100% recommend

Een super verblijf gehad. Alles wat te lezen staat of te zien is op de site klopt volledig. Een mooie ruimte met speelgelegenheid voor kinderen, een proper huis, een ruim zwembad en een mooie omgeving! Minpunt: de containerpark waar je vuilniszakken gedeponeerd moeten worden is te ver om te voet te doen.

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool in zentraler Insellage

Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren bestimmt wieder dorthin.
