「Diese Finca ist in einer schönen Lage und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Leider wird sie aber nicht mehr richtig gepflegt und gewartet. Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet und spiegeln nicht den aktuellen Zustand. Durch einen verkehrenden Zug und bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft ist es teilweise laut. Geruchsbelästigung in einem Badezimmer, Fernseher fehlte」

「Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough」

「Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well.」

「The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.」

「The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..」
