"We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were excellent and we heard no noise from adjacent rooms, from rooms above, or from the hallway. We did hear planes overhead, which I feared would wake me in the night (I'm a light sleeper), but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I heard them only when I was already awake. We were visiting family in the area, and we'll definitely stay here when we visit again."

"Not the cleanest room. Outlet near bed didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Ice machine alarm rang loud and front desk was rude about the inquiry. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. "

"From the check in to the check out- Christy’s property was a delightful home away from home. The space was just the right size. The beds were comfortable as were the linens. The home is very family friendly. There is a nice selection of games, and there’s even a pack n play. If you forgot anything for the bathroom, it was well stocked- extra shampoo, body wash, hairspray, blow dryer, you name it. And there were lots of options for seasonings, coffee pods and condiments. Overall, the property was clean, welcoming and just a great stay!"

"We had an ok stay at the Modern 4BR w/Hot Tub house in Boise. Overall the communication was good and the house was clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 6 players staying at the house with myself. I was disappointed that they were out of laundry detergent, so I was not able to wash jerseys and gear after the games. I was also disappointed in the limited amount and poor quality towels (cheap and stained). The house is beat up from the flooring popping up, walls/baseboards and overall upkeep. The front bedroom window would not shut and lock, which posed a safety issue. The front entry keypad and door were also temperamental. Lastly, we upgraded our VRBO choice for the hot tub and I was very disappointed. The "hot" tub was lukewarm at best. A positive was that it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. "
