The comfortable combined living and sleeping area is equipped with cable TV, a CD radio, free Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The dining table measures 120 x 80 cm and can be extended to 160 x 80 cm if needed.

The box-spring bed with integrated nightlights has two separate mattress toppers for a restful sleep.

The sofa bed can accommodate one adult or two children.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and ironing facilities.

A crib and highchair are available for a fee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

A beach chair is reserved for you free of charge on the beach in front of the villa from May to September.

A parking space in the underground garage on Putbuser Straße (approx. 400m away) is reserved for you free of charge.
