"War alles da was man braucht,sogar Kaffe bei Ankunft .Einzige was fehlt war oben im Bad ein Duschvorhang oder ähnliches,damit das Bad nicht so nass wird ."

"Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung wird für bis zu 4 Personen angeboten, war dann aber mit Kind und Hund etwas klein. Es gibt allesmögliche an Elektrogeräten, nur keine Mikrowelle, so war das zubereiten der Babynahrung etwas umständlich, aber nicht unmöglich. Direkt bei der Ankunft musste erst mal tief recherchiert werden, wo unsere Buchungsbestätigung ist, anscheinend hat der Gastgeber der Wohnung, nicht der Verwaltung der Schlüsselübergabe bescheid gegeben....

"Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Alles sehr sauber und gut für uns vorbereitet. Leider war keine Info-Mappe vorhanden. Für uns nicht schlimm, da wir uns per Internet gut auf die Insel vorbereitet haben. Die Kurkarten waren auf jemand anderen ausgestellt, das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben. Danke dafür. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe, ziemlich schwierig für Senioren. Aber, fast vor der Tür fährt ein Bus. Das größte...

"Die Ferienwohnung liegt echt super.Der Parkplatz war leider keine 400 m entfernt wie beschrieben.Die Ferienwohnung hat ein Balkon,leider mit Blick auf eine Wand und unter uns standen die Mülltonnen und es war zeitweise sehr laut.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Sonst war alles super."

"Das Quartier war für uns ideal. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Balkonnutzung waren perfekt. Die Austattung war im Wesentlichen ausreichend, einige zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Infos zum Aufenthalt, Seifenablage in der Dusche,Teekanne, Weingläser..., hätten den Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Dennoch konnten wir unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen. "

"Sehr guter Service (Frühstück), guter Empfang mit Sofortzahlung, ausgewogenes Frühstück. Leider hatten wir d ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Auf Grund der extremen Lautstärke und Abgase war das Lüften bzw. Öffnen des Fensters unmöglich. Noch ein Hinweis: Den in der Anzeige dargestellten See haben wir nicht gesehen. Lag vielleicht darin, dass wir im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer hatten."

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "
