「The property was imposible to see from the street no sign or name was outside and was very dark street, so we have to call them and that the hotel name was and they have to open a gate when we call.
The food was very bad, and they make a lot of Noice at 7 AM moving furniture in the room next to me and they just wake me up so early I have to go out side and see next room a lady cleaning the room and moving bed and furniture so early.
No recomended」
「Lugar lindo, cheguei a noite e o visual da chegada impressiona. Quartos amplos, atendimento de primeira, todos funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Ponto negativo, por ser dentro da mata e não pegar muito sol, o cheiro de mofo nos quartos incomoda.」
「We visited here as a family of four with two young children. The quadruple room was great for us.
Alfredo was very helpful letting us store our bags early and after check in so we could go to the Falls.
Breakfast was included and the range was great for kids. Location was perfect, about a 10min walk from bus terminal and 3mins from a bus stop which takes you to the Falls and the Airport.
Alfredo also recommended a great park for the kids to play in when we had a couple of hours spare.」
「A super location in a superb environment. This hotel has seen better days and it could do with an upgrade, it feels a bit 90s, especially the spa, and the in-room facilities. Definitely a nice place, but if I was the owner, I would invest a bit more, so I could remain competitive. Too many excellent hotels in the area to choose from.」
