“We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good.……

“The whole experience for my parents was horrible. The water seemed contaminated with all yellow coloured water. The rooms were not anywhere the quality a 4 star ratings (and the money) deserves. The service was also subpar. Won't book or recommend this to anyone! ”

“I paid for my attorney to stay at that property. There was no phone in the room, TV did not work they had to send someone to fix the TV every time she wanted to watch. The generator only keeps 1 light and a fan on. I will never use that hotel again.”

“ ​I booked two rooms at Hotel Tulusi Inn through Expedia and selected the "pay at hotel" option. Soon after, the hotel contacted me demanding full prepayment directly to their bank account. I refused, as I was not willing to prepay two months in advance. ​On the scheduled date, I arrived at the hotel with two senior citizens. Despite my confirmed booking, the staff denied us rooms, stating, "Rooms are available, but you must pay a surge fee because you didn't prepay." I refused to pay the……
