The location is great, easy subway access and walkable to MSG, Broadway, Korea town. friendly staff made the stay enjoyable as well. What i would improve would be a shower that drains. the sink didnt drain well either.

The location was excellent. From our hotel room, we could see Times Square. There were no complimentary toothbrushes; my sister-in-law lost her luggage. We had to pay at the bar. The atmosphere was great in the lobby. The elevators took a long time as it was very busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again.
