「Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special. 」

「Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel. Great staff. Less pricey than the Marriott down the street and quite comfortable. It’s a favorite with locals, families and anniversary celebrants. The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail. I was very happy here. 」

「Had a pleasant stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The highlight was the exceptional service from housekeeping staff member Jaspreet, who was cheerful, helpful, and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to ensure comfort and even declined a tip, saying it was his duty – truly commendable. All requests, including extra bedding, were accommodated very quickly, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. The food including breakfast options could be improved. Overall, a good and comfortable stay. 」
