"I had a no smoking room when I approached my room. I thought someone was smoking in the hallway. When I got into my room, it just felt dirty and dingy. It looked like a ghost was sitting over in the chair like someone had been sitting there all day. The next morning, I got my breakfast. I walked back through the smoky smell of the hallway. I couldn’t stay there more than four days I have booked it for four days but only could stay one night."

"Rooms were disgusting, not clean. Questionable substance on the comforter called manager and they took the sheets off the bed to go and wash them instead of just giving us a whole clean new set. The door to the room also looked like it had been kicked in and broke it off the hinges and then someone tried to fix it. "
