“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying……
