「Room was clean. No microwave though and they forgot the towels」

「Our room was extremely dirty. I have never. There was spilled milk and wrappers in front of the microwave, plastic wrappers under the desk, and drops of blood in several different places on the floor. I have pics and videos of myself cleaning it up. The shower ledge and drain contained clumps of hair. There was broken glass outside the elevator door. 0 out of 10 for cleanliness. The unsanitary conditions in our room were a serious biohazard with the blood (I’m in medical and I recognize it when...

「The parking situation is a disaster. That's where my criticism lies. First off, I didn't know at first I'd have to pay for parking or I never would have elected to stay there. Then, they told me that their parking lot was full. (So...I have a room reservation but you don't have a parking space for me?) Then I was told, "You need to reserve a parking space in advance." WHAT??? I had never been told this before. Then, I was told that I could park at a lot across the street from the hotel...

「The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!」

「We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!」
