Welcome to this newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. This modern condo is situated in a newly renovated building within the historic district. You can enjoy walking to local restaurants, bars, and many popular attractions such as Regions Field, Protective Stadium, Alabama Theater, Railroad Park, or Top Golf. The condo is newly furnished and centrally located, offering views of the Vulcan & Samford. It's not your ordinary VRBO as it provides a full downtown living experience with all the comforts of Southern Hospitality!

Building: Like many in Birmingham, the building is in an older built property. But the unit is nearly renovated with all the charm and upgrades.

Perfect Stay for Birmingham!
I was beyond pleased with my stay back home in Birmingham, Al at this property. Booking/check-in was easy and smooth. The owner Krystal was very nice and accommodating. She answered all correspondences in a timely matter. The location was perfect! Neutral location where you can explore different parts of the city. The condo was nice and spacious! Don’t be fooled by the outside, everything was beyond our expectations! I look forward to staying here again!

Golden Girls
We loved the Condo. The view was amazing. We are all seniors and two had difficulty navigating the stairs and the tubs which did not have safety bars. I get around easily so didn't think to ask about stairs and tubs. Krystal was very helpful. One of the ladies managed to pack one of the spoons so I'm not sure how to return that item.

Spent a couple nights and this condo is very close to downtown and good food. Very clean and pleasant place. Pool is not accessible and overall property is sort of in transition but seems safe.

Beautiful Condo
We very much enjoyed our stay while in Birmingham for my sons baseball tournament. Very pretty condo and very well decorated. The entire unit has been renovated and looks just like the pictures. Krystal was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great condo!
This condo was recently renovated and was great! Clean, convenient location, and attentive owner. While exterior of condo building dated, the interior made up for it. We will stay here again when we visit our daughter at Samford. Thanks for a great stay!

The home is immaculate and feels so Zen from the moment you walk in - you want to kick of your shoes and relax. The gorgeous windows looking down on the city of Birmingham, the quiet but elegant furnishings and the extra little homey touches that were provided - made for a perfect five star stay. We also got there way early and with pleasure they allowed us to check in early. Perfect home - perfect stay!

Tastefully renovated Condo
We enjoyed our stay. Our granddaughter played in a basketball tournament in Hoover and BJCC. This location was between the two venues. It was absolutely gorgeous inside, squeaky clean & it smelled heavenly. Thank you for a wonderful retreat.
