Good home
Couldn’t access the property when checking in. After several texts to Beth, my family was able to figure out the code to get in; which wasn’t the code that was sent to me. I would stay again though as the home was clean and had enough room for my family and I.

Perfect for Golf Trip
Myself and three friends stayed here for a golf trip to the RTJ Trail. The house and property were nice and clean and had everything we needed. Great proximity to courses. Beth was an awesome and helpful host.

SEC Tournament
House and host was great! Good location, safe neighborhood. We stayed during the SEC tournament and had only a 15 minute drive to the Hoover Met. Thanks!

Golf trip
We stayed here on a golf trip with 4 guys. The house was ideal. Very clean and very close to the RTJ golf courses. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals including a bbq with supplies. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

Cute neighborhood and home with some issues
Nice, new neighborhood in Birmingham. Cute home. Furnishings weren't great but the thing that bothered us were the mattresses. Most folks come to sleep and do most things outside of their home. The mattresses were really thin, no boxsprings except in the twin room, and very uncomfortable. Owners just have to spend some money on their rentals and not put every hand-me-down thing they have, especially on the beds. I think this place has great potential with a little bit of attention to beds, linens, etc.

I want to respond that the beds are "platform beds" from Ikea - designed to NOT have a box spring. After reading your review, I reached out to a couple that stays here several times a year - they said the beds were fine. I'm sorry you found them uncomfortable. I am giving the house a face lift in January, paint through out, new dishes etc. I will consider changing out the master bed to box spring and mattress . I appreciate your feedback and do take any suggestion into consideration. Merry Christmas!!

Guys Golf Trip
The 4 of us travel to Alabama yearly for a weekend golf trip. This house worked well for us to access the RTJ Golf courses nearby. Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had terrific weather during our stay.

Granddaughters 2nd birthday.
Absolute perfect location to my sons home in Ross Bridge. A perfect home for our family to stay together to be able to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. I would like to suggest not to leave the garbage can in the garage the odor carries into the house. I appreciate that our host was always available to respond if I had a question. Definitely would recommend this quiet neighborhood home.

Home away from home
We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this lovely house provided great alternative lodging that felt like home away from home. Great central location for food, shopping and proximity to Hoover Met. Communication with owner was great. Highly recommend.

Great location, quiet and clean!
We were in Birmingham for a wedding and the house is just 10 min away from the venue. The house is also conveniently located near grocery stores and easy access to downtown. The space was perfect for 6 adults. Beth, the host, has excellent communication. We definitely recommend this vrbo!

Golf Trip
Myself & 3 buddies came to Birmingham to golf at the Oxmoor Valley golf courses and to watch the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament. We booked this incredible house for 3 nights. It was perfect. Just a few miles from the golf courses and 12 miles to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect base for exploring B'ham!
Property was exactly as described in the listing. The location is very central to much of Birmingham and especially Hoover area. I enjoyed being only ~5 mins to Red Mountain and only ~10 mins to I-65. I also visited Oak Mountain State Park during my stay and the drive was only 25 mins. Home has a very cozy but updated feel and is located in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean, comfortable house close to Birmingham
We stayed over the New Year's weekend to visit my son who works at UAB hospital. Thete were 5 of us all over age 18, there was plenty of room and bathrooms. The house is in a cute neighborhood close to everything. Washer and dryer, tvs, charcoal BBQ, drive in garage, and beautiful kitchen. Will stay again if we visit BHAM again.

Convenient, quiet and comfortable!
This house is within 10 minutes or less of many of the best things about Birmingham. It is located in a very clean, safe neighborhood with a garage and backyard. It’s like home away from away. Beth was a phenomenal communicator and very hospitable to us. For our family of five it was the far better alternative to multiple hotel rooms. We will definitely stay here for our upcoming visits to see our Samford bound daughter.

Comfortable and spacious.
When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, we were very happy to find that this home met our expectations. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered our questions. Loved the fireplace (it got COLD this year) and there was even a little Christmas tree. We had a wonderful stay and will go again if the need arises.
