This hotel needs some TLC. The staff are fine, but not exceptional. Elevator is banged up, walls have ssen better days and the ciling above the shower was starting to fall apart. Our beds were clean and the room overall was acceptable, but not up to standard. It was below average.

Room was good. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The check in staff was far from friendly but check out was pleasant.

Staff was friendly but seemed to be in training. I had to ask about hours of reception. The room #310 had a squeaky bathroom door and the hot water was scalding.

This recently redone Embassy Suites was beautiful! We ate a Ruth Chris and enjoyed it . The front office was NOT friendly however, even tried to refuse me my two bottles of water as a Hilton Honors member! Need to get a better front office. We did have to call maintance to get our air adjusted, and Marcus and his cohort were very very nice !
