The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were among the best I've enjoyed in a hotel of this star-rating. I was most impressed by the friendliness and patience of the front desk clerk the night we checked in. She provided extra bedding and towels for our large group and treated my young children with kindness and respect. I don't remember her name, but I hope her hospitable way of interacting with customers is noticed by hotel management and amply rewarded!

We were in room 201, a handicap accessible room. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were decently comfortable. However, the window blind in the room, which should be controlled by a button for a wheelchair user, didn’t work. The rolling blind was all wrinkly from travelers before trying to get light in the room. The room was very dark! It felt depressing. One of the lights in the bathroom was out as well. And the designers didn’t do a great job. The curtain rod about took off a family member’s head since it was so low, there was no chair for the shower, and the curtain wouldn’t stay in the shower so the floor got soaked. Breakfast ok; no coffee in the rooms. Felt safe. Ok price.
