Overbooked hotel
Absolutely appalled by this hotel. I arrived at about quarter to 11 after working and having to drive down. I had booked a room but when I arrived I was told “we haven’t got a room for you”. When I asked what they were going to do about it I just got given really poor attitude. I understand it is not the receptionists fault but surely they have a duty of care to not just turn you away and to help find an alternative. As a woman in her early 20s alone in the middle of a city I don’t know to be given a “what do you want us to do about it” attitude I think is appalling.

Hhhmmmm overall
Hotel pictures taken from very flattering angles. Room much smaller than anticipated. Staff on site extremely courteous. We arrived at night, and the hotel felt situated in a very poorly lit, quite intimidating area.
