This was a neat and well laid out apartment and the building was nice. I am giving two stars because of the location and a cleanliness issue. The location was fine in the daytime, but I felt very uncomfortable walking from the parking garage a couple of blocks away to the apartment after dark. (We did have to pay for parking in the garage.)There were homeless people that we had to walk past and a group of rougher looking young men that called out after us. A couple of the homeless people were laying out on the sidewalk that we had to walk right past. If I had had my husband, I might have felt safer, but with just me and my high school daughter in the dark, the walk was stressful and one that we wanted to avoid as much as possible. The apartment was pretty clean except there were a couple of strands of hair and an eyelash when I pulled back the covers of the bed. It didn't look like the sheets had been changed since the last guest. We flipped over the pillows and slept on top of the sheets because of this. As for the description, I didn't see or hear anything about Tesla rides or an exercise room. I didn't ask though either. Maybe it was a possibility but was not offered. We did enjoy the apartment Mezzanine which was an area with couches and working desks. We did check out over a full day early because of our being uncomfortable with the area. The host declined to give us any kind of a refund which would have been appreciated.
