“This place is great! We stayed in room 402. Only complaint is a bigger tv is needed for the suite, but definitely not a deal breaker. My boys took advantage of the free snacks and drinks offered all the time. This was a big money saver with a 8 and 12 year old.”

“Our stay at Bisbee Brownstone Suites exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The suite was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. “The Clerk Nay, and the morning clerk both decided to tell me you should have book a 3rd party with Expedia, then I asked for two nights, was over charged $100.00 a night for this Hotel! They don’t care, the mentality is who cares, and if you are the owner of this Hotel I would get rid of both morning and evening staff, absolutely worthless. They are just there for themselves and not your Customers! Entitled for sure and useless”

“Clean and spacious room, nice pool and great customer service”

“Arrived about 8:30ish to the property and was given a door code. I had booked a superior king room, and ended with an economy king (which was a glorified motel 6 room). Not to mention they put me at the back of the property with no one else. At about 1:00/1:30 am either someone banged on my door or the building itself and scared the crap out of me… I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I ended up leaving at first light. I’m sure the superior king room in which I booked would’ve been spectacular, but……
