"Here is the short version #1. No dead bolt lock in the door! #2. Coffee ☕️ pot was broken. #3. Only 1 ice machine working, had to walk across the courtyard and find it. #4. No Elevator to bring up luggage! 5. Bathtub was Filthy 🤬. #6. Felt very unsafe without a deadbolt and walking around at night. #7. The whole property was trashy! #8. Manager has not Contacted me after 3 days and 3 messages! Not Recommended for anyone 😕. "

"Not remotely accessible even though I called to make sure they knew I had mobility issues was given upstairs room with steep steps. The downstairs rooms were vacant made no sense. "

"The hotel is literally part of the Ghost Tour, so if thats your thing you should certainly stay there. Also, expect noise wafting over from the lively bars around the old downtown. But the bed is comfortable and the hotel has a certain undeniable old west charm. Central AC good. Location is great. Recommended. "

"I guess you get what you pay for. The room was fairly clean. but not maintained very well. Door had a gap underneath. bathroom door knob loose. there was a sort of hole in the flooring. there was some breakfast food, but nowhere to sit. so you had to bring up to your room. we didn't use the pool, but i noticed that it was 'closed for maintenance' the whole time we were there. decent value overall, i guess. "

"We decided on this hotel because Expedia advertised it has a heated pool. It does not have a heated pool. Our bedroom floor was dirty as well. We had to brush off our feet at night before getting into bed. The patio around the pool was perfect to play cards and the staff was friendly. "
