“Our room was not quite what we expected Our telephone did not have a cord so we couldn’t make calls out our blankets had stains and when we called front desk with our cell phone to inform her she hung up on us. The day of checkout we had cleaning ladies at our door at 10:30 knocking asking us when we were leaving and I told her we should be out by 10:45 checkout wasn’t until 11.”

“We enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable which was great after a long travel day! Would definitely recommend!”

“This place is great! We stayed in room 402. Only complaint is a bigger tv is needed for the suite, but definitely not a deal breaker. My boys took advantage of the free snacks and drinks offered all the time. This was a big money saver with a 8 and 12 year old.”

“Very cool property. Quite nice considering the age. Great location close to tons of must see places such as cafe roka and the passtisserie. Make sure you have your door code before arriving. Through Expedia it doesnt come through properly sometimes. If you call the hotel they will text you the code and were very helpful.”

Great views from the hill above the property. Very quiet and far from bustle of downtown Bisbee. Very nicely decorated. Loved the patios and garden, too. Will definitely be back, thank you!”
