Located in the Biscarrosse golf course development, we offer a lovely villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. The location is ideal for a week or more with family or friends, as you have a view of the golf courses. You are 1 km from the lake beaches (a 20-minute walk), perfect for boating or paddleboarding, and 6 km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. You also have almost immediate access to our Landes cycle paths. The villa comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a TV lounge with Wi-Fi, a dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, and microwave). In the sleeping area: a separate toilet for added comfort, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a first bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a second bedroom with four bunk beds (90cm), and a master suite with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and toilet). A lovely east/south-facing wooden terrace with a dining table and garden furniture for enjoying your meals, and a west-facing terrace with a dining table, allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. A private parking space completes the amenities. Your pet (cat or dog) is welcome. A sunny holiday awaits!
