Nice stay in Bishkek

Good location near downtown. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Quiet wall air conditioning. Mini fridge. Small concerns over leaking water supply to shower head and unable to get personal safe working and were quickly addressed. Nice free morning buffet breakfast. Only issue if your room is at the back there is train travel but keep your window closed and you will be fine. Also keep your bathroom door closed as there is a live heated line used to dry your towels which can add heat to the room in general. Great value for us while in Bishkek. Just remember there is limited parking in the area and avoid car travel between 4 and 7 pm as its very hectic with limited public transportation.

I couldn't get any service at all not even laundry service. Limited menu, no bar or restaurants in the hotel. I checked out and went to another hotel and cleared it with Expedia. There was no nightly entertainment. The description of the hotel is false!

Отель новый, все чисто и аккуратно. Номера просторные, есть чайник чай, кофе, халаты, тапочки. На этаже балкон, можно купить. Wi-Fi работает стабильно. Персонал заслуживает отдельной оценки - всё на высоте! Приветливые, улыбающиеся, готовые помочь по-любому вопросу. Спасибо, за гостеприимство!
