「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

「We really enjoyed our time at Bluffs Landing. The location and the room were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very kind and was able to give us some extra towels. The pool was very beautiful, but I can’t speak to how fun it was because it was too cold to swim The morning. Sunrise was absolutely incredible and we did not even need to leave our room.
