“The property was exactly as advertised and it was an amazing stay! The unit itself was lovely, everyone had a comfortable stay and the location near Eagle Lodge and near all the restaurants/supermarkets was very convenient. The amenities on-site were also very nice with the sauna and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. The host was very engaging to my queries on the VRBO app, and made sure that we had all the necessary information for our stay. ”

“When I got there there was a dirty underwear in the drawer. We later found a dirty sock in the closet (which makes us wonder if this place was actually clean). The sofa pillows were stained. When we asked for additional hangers they said “no” despite us staying there two weeks. We asked if I could get something delivered to the door (my credit card that was lost) they said I had to pay 45. I was offered a discounted stay for an extra day and I asked instead for a late check out and they said no.……

“Amazing location. Right in the heart of the village, balcony is literally overlooking the gondola and right above Gomez. Only downside with that is it can be a little noisy if there are events going on, but otherwise it is only a plus. HUGE unit. Very large living area with L shaped sofa that my teen daughter slept on. 3 18-year old tall boys slept comfortably in the 2nd bedroom. All cooking amenities except there aren't any basics like salt and pepper, but wasn't a big deal. The management was……
