“The cooling tower was on the fritz, so the entire property was like 80°, but my room actually had functional AC, so I stayed comfortable!
The place is a little run down, but the price is right and it's very central to everything, especially all the Sanford locations.
I didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean. Unfortunately the grass around it was knee high. It just looked as if they hadn't had a chance to catch up on general maintenance since winter, and I can't fault them for that.……

“Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok.”

“The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air.”

“Hotel is older but well maintained. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy access to get to the room and very convenient location for an event at the Bismarck Conference Center.”
