Waaaaaay overpriced. Old. Poor infrastructure. Old, noisy AC. WiFi terrible. Shower broken and leaky. Not worth the price. Sorry.

Comfortable stay in Bissau

It was a nice hotel in the heart of Bissau, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast and dinner menu was great with local and Portuguese cuisine. The staff were helpful. But the contact details on Hotels.com were too sketchy with no e-mail address and a single telephone number which was not responding. Because of this I could n't contact them for Airport shuttle.

I paid nearly 150 USD a night for a room with no natural light. The check in staff short and did not believe me when I informed them their website was down (as if it was my problem). Some staff are quite friendly, the restaurant is tasty and the breakfast is one of my favorites in Africa. Still, I can't help feeling that they need to step up their game. This was my third stay.

Personnel desagreable, on ne peut meme pas se faire servir un café. Aucune aide au client. Hotel viellot Attention, Coimbra spa ne veut pas firequ'il y a un spa. Le prix est totalement disproportionné pour le niveau de l'hotel. Internet pratiquement inutilisable. Seuls points positifs: belle terrasse et dimension de la chambre

Service nul

accueil: le réceptionniste plus préoccupé à regarder son émission de téléréalité qu'à s'occuper de moi. J'ai découvert le lendemain comment utiliser le spa et le sauna. Pas de restaurant le dimanche, donc il faut aller en face de l'hôtel si on ne souhaite pas trop bouger ( ce qui est le cas quand on n'est pas véhiculé car il n'y a rien dans le quartier Lundi: réceptionniste l'après midi: le SEUL qui fait son travail, car le soir le réceptionniste écoute de la musique avec casque sur les oreilles,devant son ordinateur; restaurant pas ouvert à 20h avec un cuisinier qui m'envoie sur les roses;bar fermé... Pour le check out: personne à la réception, et 30 minutes pour récupérer mes affaires mises à laver la veille ( en fait il n'y avait personne pour le repassage).BREF séjour pourri dan sun hôtel qui a du charme, mais on cherche encore qui le manage; le manager peut me contacter quand il veut, j'ai rempli ma fiche d'entrée avec mes coordonnées
