"It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!"

"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"We loved our stay- the host was so thoughtful, left us snacks, water, hydration packs, chocolates, umbrellas and so much more to make us as comfortable as possible. the apartment is located in the heart of everything you need, coffee, food, grocery store, pastries, and a 7 minute walk to anything you want to see in the city. "We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out.
